Siôn is a transformational life coach and mindfulness expert from Wales. He has traveled the world learning the skills and insights he now shares in his retreats and online coursers. He has become well known in his home country after making several appearances on national TV and BBC radio.

Yogi Oli is a playful and creative Yoga teacher. Oli likes to take a holistic approach, working with the body but also letting go of emotions through movement. Her light-hearted playful approach will help to uplift your mood and ignight your spirit.

Yoga Teacher and Somatic Therapist

Nika Shoot, a musician and holistic practitioner, began her yoga journey at the age of five, introduced to the practice by her father. Rigorously trained in individualized music education throughout her formative years, she discovered that yoga provided incredible benefits, becoming a powerful practice not only for enhancing her physical and emotional well-being but also for supporting her musical life and providing overall balance and wellness. This deep connection to yoga later inspired her to share its transformative power with others.

She has studied and trained in Hatha Yoga and Himalayan Yoga at Himalaya Yoga Valley and Himalayan Yoga Ashram, where she explored the deep teachings of traditional yoga, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), Ayurveda, meditation, and yogic philosophy.

Nika believes that each person is their own healer, an embodied philosophy rooted in her approach to life, which emphasizes self-connection and how we respond to the natural rhythms of life.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Tiger has been practicing yoga for over ten years and kundalini yoga for more than 5 years. Her experience of kundalini yoga, which is a mixture of kriya (postures), mantra and meditation is deeply transformational and healing, working on the subtle body as well as the physical body, helping to release deep rooted patterns and traumas in the body and mind.

Chris is a meditation teacher, body-based therapist and spiritual mentor with a deep passion for inner transformation and healing.

Chris holds a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Psychology and guides individuals to a place of inner peace and freedom through connecting deeply with the felt sense of the body.
