The Awakening Body

The Awakening Body with Chris West and Alex Watson is for anybody who would like to explore the body, and all the feelings and emotions that it contains as a doorway for awakening to a deeper, more fulfilling and joyful way of being in the world.

Combining the deeply transformative practice of bioenergetics with somatic meditations and enquiries, you will be taken on a deep inner journey of healing and awakening.

Chris and Alex have been teaching this workshop together for many years, and more importantly, live and breath the practices that they will be sharing.
