Siôn Jones (BA, MA)
With over a decade of experience as a certified yoga instructor and specialized training in Yoga Nidra, Sion Jones is passionate about helping others improve their sleep and well-being. His journey began as a personal quest for better health and has grown into leading retreats across the UK and Europe. As a trusted expert, Sion has appeared on live BBC television and radio, sharing his knowledge of holistic health and the science of sleep.

Chris West MA
Chris holds a Master's Degree in psychology with Mindfulness-based approaches and has studied with some of the world's most well-renowned and gifted meditation teachers.
He combines both Western psychological understandings with Eastern practices of mindfulness and meditation with a focus on nervous system regulation and anxiety recovery.
Chris has been leading anxiety recovery programs since 2017 and has helped hundreds of people both one-one and in group settings step into a much more peaceful and empowered way of being.

Week One - Thurs April 17th 7:30 - 8:45pm
Foundations of Restful Sleep
Learn the basics of how sleep works and discover what might be getting in the way of a good night’s rest. Identify the common habits and factors that could be disrupting your sleep, and start building simple, effective routines that encourage better, more restful sleep. By making small changes, you’ll be able to create a foundation for healthier, more peaceful nights.
Week Two - Thurs 7:30 - 8:45pm
Calming the Mind
Dive into mindfulness techniques designed to calm your mind and release the stresses of the day, helping you prepare for deep, uninterrupted sleep. Through practices like guided meditation, breathing exercises, and body scans, you’ll learn to quiet mental chatter, ease tension, and create a sense of relaxation. These mindfulness techniques not only promote a peaceful transition into sleep but also help reduce anxiety and improve your ability to stay asleep throughout the night, leaving you feeling more rested and refreshed in the morning.


Week Three - Thurs 7:30 - 8:45pm
Resetting your Circadian Rhythm
Align your daily routine with your body’s natural circadian rhythms, optimizing key biological processes like hormone production and sleep cycles. This not only enhances your energy levels and improves overall vitality but also supports your ability to fall asleep more easily at night. By syncing your activities with your internal clock, you can boost morning alertness, reduce fatigue, and wake up feeling more refreshed, while also improving the quality of your rest and making it easier to drift off when it’s time to sleep.
Week Four - Thurs 7:30 - 8:45pm
Yoga Nidra for Sleep Recovery
Harness the power of Yoga Nidra to restore your body and mind. Even if you do have a restless night, this practice helps you catch up on missed rest, calming your nervous system and releasing tension. Regular practice not only improves your ability to fall and stay asleep, but also enhances the quality of your rest, leaving you feeling more rejuvenated and refreshed.


Week Five - Thurs 7:30 - 8:45pm
Nervous System Regulation with Chris West
In this session you will learn some powerful methods for reducing anxiety and regulating the nervous system. In this session you will learn and experience how using self touch, self talk and body attention can significantly calm the nervous system. You will learn a profound method that will take you from sympathetic activation (fight and flight) into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). Chris holds a Masters Degree in Psychology with Mindfulness-based approaches, and has been teaching people how to overcome anxiety in group courses and 1-1 setting since 2017.
